At Touch & Glow Relaxation Lounge is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment.
To ensure a seamless and elevated experience:
**Booking & Payment
**Full payment is required at the time of booking.
**A minimum 20% gratuity is automatically added at time of booking, based on the service price.
**If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund, including the gratuity.
**If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the gratuity will also be refunded, as it only applies to completed services.
Having 24 hours from the appointment day and time to cancel or reschedule means that you can make changes to your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For example, if your appointment is at 3:00 PM on a Thursday, you have until 3:00 PM on Wednesday to cancel or reschedule without any penalties or charges.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the policies and terms below.
Online Bookings
To ensure your appointment is successfully scheduled, please follow these steps:
Store your credit card on file when booking online.
Select the 20% gratuity option at checkout.
Appointments will not be accepted unless gratuity is selected.
If these steps are not completed, your appointment will not be confirmed.
If you have any specific requests, please add them to the notes section when booking.
If you would like to customize your appointment, please let us know in the notes section, and we will modify your appointment and charge accordingly.
Why Gratuity is included at time of booking?
We charge gratuity at the time of booking to ensure a stress-free, seamless experience for both our guests and staff. This policy:
Removes the need for guests to calculate gratuity amounts for each staff member.
Prevents any inconvenience related to handling cash or making change.
Eliminates confusion about tipping expectations.
Ensures fair compensation for our highly trained professionals.
Creates a smooth checkout process, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their services.
Avoids last-minute payment issues, such as insufficient funds or the need to contact your bank for approval at checkout.
Reflects the industry standard for luxury spa experiences.
The gratuity applies only to completed services-if you cancel the gratuity will be refunded.
Guests are welcome to leave an additional gratuity at their discretion if they wish to further show appreciation for exceptional service.
**Age Requirements
Clients must be 18 or older to book services.
Ages 12 - 17 may receive massages and body treatments but must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room.
Guests under 12 are not permitted at the spa.
No visitors who are not receiving services are permitted .
*** Staff Scheduling Policy
If your requested staff member is unavailable, your appointment will be assigned to the next available professional.
All of our staff are highly trained and offer exceptional service.
If you only want a specific staff member, please note this in the booking comments or call us, and we will schedule you based on their availability.
### **Gift Certificate Reservations**
- When booking an appointment with a **gift certificate**, please **mention it during phone reservations, email inquiries, or in the notes section at checkout.**
- **All standard booking policies apply to gift certificate holders.** This means:
- If you **arrive late**, your service time will be **shortened** to avoid disrupting other appointments.
- If you **cancel within 24 hours**, the gift certificate will be **forfeited** and cannot be used for future bookings.
- If you **do not show up**, the gift certificate will be considered **redeemed and void.**
- When **gifting a service**, full payment is required upfront. Please include the **recipient's information and gratuity (minimum 20%)** in the message section. This information is recorded under our **cancellation policy.**
- **Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date** and **cannot be exchanged for cash.**
By booking with a gift certificate, you agree to all spa policies.

4. **Operational Efficiency:** Full payment and cancellation policies ensure smoother operations, enabling us to serve clients efficiently.

Check in:
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, if you arrive late the length of your service may be adjusted so as to not interrupted the scheduled appointments of our other guest. Full price of scheduled service will apply, so please plan accordingly.
**"Custom Packages & Service Modifications"**
Although we offer planned packages for your convenience. You are welcome to combine any of our service for a custom package that meets your needs.
At time we may be able to make accommodations for clients who ask to add other services upon arrival of their appointment. once services is added, it cannot be canceled.
* If client chooses to change their services/package upon arrival, client will be charged the full amount of the service that were initially schedule . Couple’s package will still be charged in full, even if only one guest arrives.
**Health & Conduct Policies**
- **Please inform the spa of any allergies or sensitivities** to aromas or ingredients when booking.
- **For your safety, if you appear intoxicated upon arrival, we will be unable to proceed with your service, and no refund will be issued.** Receiving spa treatments while intoxicated poses serious health risks, including dizziness, nausea, and circulation issues.
- **Respectful behavior is required at all times.** Any client who is **rude, disrespectful, or disruptive** to staff or other guests will have their appointment **terminated without a refund.**

Prices and Services are subject to change without notice. Our website will be updated anytime there is a change.
